Why one line matters#
A visitor who lands on a shop page usually decides within seconds whether to keep reading. The one-line description sits under your name, so it is the first thing they see. It should tell them what kind of shop you run and where you are, and little more.
Keep the line plain and factual. A short sentence is quick to read on any screen, and it is easy for you to check and update when something changes. You do not need to describe everything in the shop. The rest of the page can do that, and the line only has to orient the reader.
What to include#
Start with the kind of shop it is, then name the area or street people use to find you. A simple pattern works well: the type of business, followed by the district. Naming the neighbourhood helps people who already know the area, and it helps search tools understand where your shop sits.
You can add a short, general note about what a visitor can expect. Keep it to plain description. Avoid statements about quality or outcomes, since these are hard to support and can cause trouble. Thai rules limit how cannabis may be advertised, so check your plans with a lawyer before you add anything beyond the basic facts.
What to leave out#
DISPO pages are built to keep to factual wording by default, and the same care applies to your line. A description that sticks to plain facts is simpler to keep accurate and easier to defend later.
Be careful with words that praise your own shop. Claims that you lead your area or are the most rated choice in town cannot be checked by a reader, and they add nothing to what a visitor needs to know. If you are unsure whether a word is allowed, check with a lawyer before you publish it.
Updating your line#
You can send a change to your description through the short form. Give the new one-line description, your opening hours and any note you want to add. Changes go onto your site directly, so you do not need to edit the page yourself.
Review the line every few months, or whenever something about your shop changes, such as the street, the opening hours or the district. A line that is accurate and easy to read serves visitors better than one written once and never checked again.
